Payment
You can order from Iddy Biddy Boo with total confidence. We currently provide secure payment options via Credit Card, PayPal and Direct Bank Deposit. Please note orders paid via Direct Deposit will only be processed once the funds have fully cleared (this can take an extra 3 days). No order will be processed prior to payment.
Production Time
At Iddy Biddy Boo we specialise in made to order products which means that your purchase will receive that extra special attention to detail. Each product has it's own delivery time - usually 2 - 3 weeks, so please check the product listing. For international orders, please allow an extra 10 days for delivery. Please also allow extra time during our busy periods i.e. Christmas when our order numbers are high.
* If you do need your special item a little faster just let us know via Email and we'll speed up the process for you so that you can have it on time.
Delivery is available to Australia and various international destinations. If your delivery destination does not appear on our site, please email us and we will happily make it available.
Postage & Delivery
All products are posted securely via Registered Australia Post at a flat rate of $9.95 (Nationally). If you are not home to receive your order a card will be left in your letterbox with instructions to collect the item from your nominated Australia Post Outlet. If you would prefer for the parcel to be left unattended, please give permission via the 'comments' section when placing your order. For international deliveries the same applies.
Pricing
All prices at Iddy Biddy Boo are in Australian dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Postage costs vary depending on the destination and weight of your order. Our business is not registered for GST, so prices do not include tax.
Refunds & Exchanges
While we ensure that all goods dispatched are in perfect order, Iddy Biddy Boo cannot take any responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
All of our products are made by hand so slight variations in colour can occur. We make every effort to produce products identical to that shown on our website.
If faulty goods are received please contact us within 5 business days and return the goods with labels and packaging. Iddy Biddy Boo will replace faulty items on approval of fault. No postage will be charged on replacement of faulty items.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind or if the product in question has been personalised i.e. with your child’s name.
Personalised Products
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the spelling of names is correct prior to checkout. Iddy Biddy Boo provides the opportunity on its site to confirm the spelling of any name entered. Where a spelling error has occurred by the customer please alert us via phone or Email ASAP. If the product in question has not yet been produced, we will amend the spelling error. All names are produced in lower case lettering unless you request otherwise.
Artworks
While we take great care to represent our artwork in the truest way possible, please be aware that due to varying colour calibrations of printers and monitors, variations may occur between a seen design and the actual product. However, in ordering an item, you accept the risk of such differences.
